The 2020 Census counts everyone living in the United States and its five territories (Puerto Rico, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

The work of the Cupertino-Sunnyvale League is done totally by volunteers, with no paid staff. We are funded by member dues and  donations from those who support our work.

WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization encouraging the informed and active participation of citizens in government. We also work to influence public policy through education and advocacy. We never endorse, support or oppose any political party or candidate. Our Vision, Beliefs, and Intentions guide our activities. 

Joining the League of Women Voters is a great way to get involved in your community and play an active role in our democracy.

Ten times a year the Cupertino-Sunnyvale League publishes a newsletter with information of interest to both members and non-members. Anyone can request to receive the VOTER, but only members are automatically subscribed.

We send The VOTER by e-mail to reduce costs. Members may request to receive it via snail mail (USPS).  .
